I am 5'4, 170lbs, and got the Large. It is roomy but not tent-y. It fits well over PJs and is not too lose just out of the bath. I love that it's not lined, and that it's very simple. However, just because it's unlined doesn't mean it's not warm; it is! I live in Oregon, and in the rainy, cold dark winters this robe is perfect.
