i have bought and returned a number of support hose. they are normally so tight i can't get them past my feet.these went on without a problem. they stay in place all day.very comfortable and they feel great to wear.

I found comfort in the moderate compression for both legs, although I have osteoarthritis in my left knee only. I can walk with less pain in these thigh highs, and once on, I definitely wear them all day. I purchased two pair to try for the first time trusting National's brand. I have tried other brands, but this is the one I will stick with in future.

These stockings are the nicest I have found. I have edema and they really keep my legs looking more natural. The band that holds up the hose is more comfortable than others I have tried. Silicon beads are not as comfy. Recommend these highly.

I order these stockings for my Mom to prevent slight swelling of her ankles. Her physician had suggested them and they are very effective. She does have a hard time putting them on!! If she doesn't use garters, they don't stay up very well, even though I order the small size.

I've bought these support hose several times and they arebetter than other brands I've tried. They last reasonably well and stay up most of the time. I do still keep the glue on hand for the times when they do slide down. One good thing is that even if they fall down, they don't fall all the way to your ankles. Usually just to the knee, so if you're wearing pants it's not embarassing.

Purchased at request of Vein doctor for varicose veins. Great value in comparison to the speciality Medical supply stores. The lace top contributes to the "staying in place" traits of this stocking.

The material is stronger but if your nails are too long or ragged, you can cut the material. However it does not run readily. Best to wear rubber gloves or have short nails when putting them on.

I thought I was buying the same thigh high stockings as I'd bought previously, but these are different. The other stockings had silicone dots around the top band, but these have silicone bands. They look good and the color is nice, but do not stay up as well as the stockings with the dots. One pair fell down the first time I wore them. That's why I gave them 4 stars. The foot of the stocking fits well and does not cramp my toes.

In the last year or so, after I turned fifty, my legs started getting so tired and puffy at the end of the day (I'm a nurse and on my feet all day). These are just one step down from compression stockings. I wanted something with style and I didn't want to look like someone's grandmother (the lace makes them sexy - my guy loves them!). The price was decent, too. I'd love if these came in some other colors - the pearl is not white and the black is not black enough. Navy might be nice, or pink.
