Most comfortable socks I have ever found, and I am a real comfort hound. I wear these every day in black with my black SAS oxfords and white ones in the summer every day with sandals. They ensure super comfort for my feet all day in everything I do. I am retirement age, but a few years ago I wore these Buster Brown all cotton anklets in white with cuffs folded down and a flat-heeled shoe and a dress on Easter Sunday to church. One of the matriarchs of the congregation congratulated me heartily on my good taste and cute style in socks and shoes. The toe seam is almost nonexistent; it is so fine and smooth, you will never know it is there. This is the only sock I have ever found that has such a smooth toe seam. Cotton wicks the perspiration off the feet and keeps the feet feeling dry. I would buy these socks even if they are not on reduction sale; for me they are a necessity, not an option. I occasionally wear other socks over them if I want a warmer and woolier feel or a thicker effect in a boot or clog. That way the soft smooth cotton is next to my skin, keeping me super comfy.

BAD POINTS--- they claim seamless toes, but there IS a join. I specifically went for these ones due to that feature. The join is NOTHING LIKE as big as other socks, but there is a stitched join! Other bad point ({ I bought only black socks }) is the amount of dark black water in a hot water machine wash. Early days yet, but during the second machine wash in hot water, I was most wise to avoid sharing them with ANYTHING else that might take up that dye to be ruined, because, yes, the water was filthy black with black dye.
I wonder how dark the water will be on third wash, but beyond that, I don't expect any more dye to leach out after 3rd time.
Good Point ---- I like the length they come up leg. Rides close to leg, not floppy/loose.

These are about the ONLY socks I can wear since arthritis attacked my toes. Any amount of stretch in the fabric causes tightening on them, and pain. I love these!

I have worn these socks for over 50 years and think they are just the best. Most cotton socks contain spandex or nylon and these are 100% cotton! I must say that they wear out quickly, but love them anyway.

I use the socks basically for keeping my feet warm at night while I sleep.
They are very soft and comfortable and not too heavy.
The heel does wear but after a fairly long time....the soft fabric cannot be expected to last forever.

They don't hug your calves and feet as snugly as ones w spandex or nylon, but they are soft/comfortable and a great blessing to have since I have multiple fabric allergies.
