I have a narrow heel and no shoe fits me well - I need a shoe with medium toe width and narrow heel width. But this style will work because of the strap over the instep that holds it on.

very disappointed that they were too short in toe box and not wide and nor did they stretch as indicated. Also, disappointed that I paid for shipping both ways and have no shoes. Please remove my name from your mailing list. Thanks but if I can't depend upon sizing, no point in wasting my money.
