This is very plain but if you like gingham you should enjoy it. Nice for wearing around the house but I woudn't go out in it other than to the mailbox.

I am a medium and bought a medium and there is plenty of room even if it shrinks some. It is a bit long for me as I am only 5'2". I am hoping they will add petites,(have asked for that) it will work well as a housedress for me.

I will review my purchases again after washing and wearing if that is allowed

great dress for both around the house and to the store...very comfortable, washes/dries ready to wear & it has patch pockets which are a plus to me..items stay inside with easy access...& yes, the compliments come too...love the colors, keep them coming...highly recommend !

I love this dress. I wear a Medium Regular, and so I ordered a Medium, hoping an all-cotton dress like this wouldn't shrink in the washing/drying cycle - and it didn't shrink, it fit out of the box, and after being washed. As for comfort, I just love it - it's been a long hot summer here as it's been for many of you, and without this dress and some others I bought from National, I would have been miserable.
But this dress and some flip flops go straight to the beach, to the grocery, to just about anywhere I have to go, and I'm comfortable, not hot, not running for an air conditioned store - for the first time in years I'm wearing summer dresses and now I'm wondering why I ever stopped wearing dresses in the summer.
I have one of this dress, I intend to buy all colors, wash and wear summer comfortable at a very comfortable price.
Again, thanks to National for reminding me that summer doesn't have to mean being confined to tight pants and even capris - long live dresses like this, from National!

I have a red and white checked gingham dress. I liked it so much, I broke down and bought another one in orange and white checks! These dresses wash perfectly. The gingham material puffs up after it's washed & dried to make for a really cute dress. I love wearing it around the house with casual company.
The best thing of all is that this dress was made in theUSA!

The main reason I bought this dress was because it is a product of the USA! I first ordered a size 3x and it was huge. This dress is made with ample material. I ended up with a perfect fit in a Misses size XL.
My first color choice had been orange. The orange was not as bright as I had expected. When I re-ordered, I chose red and white checks. It is so cute! My husband loves it as much as I do!
I washed the dress and it came out looking very, very nice. I hung it up close to a ceiling fan and before I knew it, it was dry! What a perfect dress to take to the beach or on vacation. It is darling! If I didn't have so many new loungers, I'd order a couple more of these same dresses in different colors. I'm still tempted to go ahead and order at least one more.
