It is gently supportive and actually very comfortable to wear, and my skirts and dresses glide smoothly over it. This girdle is both a great value and provides great quality. Lastly, the lace leg bands provide a cute feminine detail. This is a great girdle for the price!.

Great at first, but after 3 or 4 washings, it seems that the material deteriorates quickly, as if "sizing" was washing out of the material. I like the style, but wish that the material was of better quality.
