I have worn this style of Shadowline gown all seasons of the year for about 30 years or so and still love it. The gowns are so confortable, wears well, and washes well. The length is perfect for me. The price at National is much lower than most department stores.

This is my new favorite gown! I also bought the robe. My first nightgown arrived and the next day I purchased 4 more for myself in different colors and also bought two robes. I also got this in black for my daugher, gown and robe, for Christmas. Reminiscent of the 40s and 50s movie star style, it makes you feel like Liz Taylor, Loretta Young, etc. and it's a classic style. The gown is not for wearing if it's a cold winter night and you want to get warm. They are a sheer, flowing material as is the robe but just gorgeous.
