THANKS NATIONAL FOR CARRYING THIS HARD-TO-FIND ITEM!!!
I've been searching for years for something reasonably priced to wear that would not cause pain from tender lymph nodes. I finally found underwear that not only doesn't hurt but is very comfortable, cool & breathable and is easy to move around in. They don't bind in those tender places so I can sit comfortably now.
I bought my usual size. The waist size fits, but these are made VERY bulky in the seat [that's why I didn't check the fit as a pro.] But then, these will most likely be bought by those of us with a more "mature" figure. So that could be a plus.

I love the length of the legs. I am mostly happy with them but I would be happier if the material was medium weight rather than light weight. These do not have a cotton insert at the crotch and that would make them better. Although the fit is good, one pair actually split in half down the back of the panty so I believe a nicer and heavier material would be a big improvement,.

I've purchased these panties several times & I LOVE THEM !!! Long leg panties are no longer available from local retailers & I'm so glad to have found National, I pray they never stop making them. They are extremely comfortable, launder nicely, hold their shape & fit well. Other reviewers stated there isn't a front or back. I have found if I wear them with the tag on the RH side, they fit me perfect. I wear these daily.

I love these to sleep in. Regular undies are too tight for sleep so these are perfect. I wear the cotton ones for sleep and the nylon ones when dressed around the house and with slacks. The nylon ones run a little big. I wear an 8 and I could have used a size 7 in these but I can still wear them and like them. I'll get a 7 next time.

I use these the way my husband uses his boxers - to wear around the house when it's too hot for anything else! Also, under clingy outerwear to keep them draping nicely. First thing in the morning, getting coffee before the shower, or after bathing, when I'm in for the night. They also perform well as everyday undies. I love 'em!
