This is a nightgown for sleeping. Fabric is too sheer for lounging or wearing before other people. It is very pretty, but I was disappointed that is is so sheer. I bought three to use for gifts and am doubtful that the recipients will be happy because of the sheerness.

I bought 2 of these nightgowns in the longer length, one in the periwinkle color and one black. The lace is beautiful around the neck and the flutter sleeves. They are full enough to be nice and comfortable but not so full that they feel oversized. I really love them and feel as though they look very elegant on.

have 4now and just love the feel. Easy to care for just shake them after washing hang on hanger and let dry its that easy.if you love nylon gowns like i do you will buy these.and very comfortable would buy more if there other colors.

This is a Shadowline product. Shadowline was my favorite line of nightwear and is no longer available in stores in our area. I have two nightgowns that are probably 30 years old and now maybe I can bring myself to throw those wornout gowns away.

I have had this gown in black, and ordered one in red. Other reviews said that the light colors were too sheer, so I decided to stay with the dark.
I have trouble finding the long tricot gowns that I wish to wear, and this one is pretty and comfortable. It is quite long if you are only 5 ft. 4 inches tall, however.

This is a wonderful gown. I have many Shadowline gowns and love them all. This one is not form fitted like some others and that's ok. It's thin and silky, great for sleeping. It doesn't get static or cling to your body. Not really a winter gown if you like a lot of warmth. I wash it and hang it to dry as I do the rest of the Shadowline gowns and robes. Great product.

I love these gowns and the matching robes. I purchased one of each and then bought more. The fabric is thin but that's ok as I did read the reviews before I purchased them. The weight of the fabric is perfect, especially since I don't like to be too hot when I sleep. These wash well and I just hang it to dry. Highly recommended.

I love a short-sleeved or sleeveless, silky gown in the summertime. it's cool and feels good--also dries quickly when I get too hot, while preserving modesty. This gown comes in a range of nice colors, and is comfortable.
