I wanted slip-ons because I hate having to stop and tie shoes. Most nurses wear some type of sneaker, but they aren't feminine enough for me AND they are usually some form of fabric that doesn't clean up easily. I've tried official nursing shoes but could never buy any because they hurt my feet just walking around in the store. I've found that leather suits me and have worn other leather slip-ons but when I could no longer find the style I'd been buying, I was on the hunt again. I'd seen this style on others and was impressed by the 'classiness' of the look. When I found it in my catalogue, and with the do-able price, I snagged a pair hoping the fit would be correct (you just never know what you'll get from mail-order!) but I got it right the first time! Nurses (and others) if you're going to be on your feet any amount of time, order the next 1/2 size up to allow for the swelling bound to occur. It'll take a little time for the leather to 'give'.

The Jensen slip-ons are so comfortable and the NARROW size fits my skinny foot perfectly. I wear them every day and have purchased multiple pairs in recent years. Any dirt wipes off with a damp paper towel. Very affordable, too!
