must wear compression stockings and the garters don't hold them they keep popping off and front garters could be some shorter for thigh his very comfortable to wear and reasonably priced.

I WEAR THIGH HIGH SUPPORT STOCKINGS, AND WEAR THIS BELT TO HOLD THEM UP, AS I CANNOT KEEP THEM UP WITHOUT SOMETHING, AND ELASTIC CUTS THE CIRCULATION. MY ONLY SUGGESTION WOULD BE TO HAVE EITHER A ZIP OR HOOK & EYE OPENING, AS OLDER PEOPLE HAVE ARTHRITIS AND WHEN THE FIT IS GOOD IN THE BELT, IT IS HARD TO PULL UP INTO PLACE WITH BAD SHOULDERS.
