I bought a pair of pink ones to go with my bathrobe, but they got dirty easily, so bought a black pair. Same great quality and much better color for me in a two dog household! I love them! (The slippers and the dogs)

I bought a black pair in size small and medium to see if I liked them, and which size fit me. 1) I did/do like them, and I kept the medium, the small was too small, so I returned them and ordered 4 more pairs in different colors. I find them great for around the house wear, and since I work out of my home office, I'm home a lot, and I wear them a lot.
A couple things you might find useful: I wear a size 6 medium or size 6.5 narrow in shoes, so I have a small foot - but I still needed a medium in these slippers, in all the colors I ordered, so I do think they run small.
The other thing is, they have no support - so if you need a lot of support for whatever reason, these might not be for you. Or they might. I think they're very much like the Brand (isotoner) name ballet style slipper that costs at least $20 or more - and their quality is going downhill (the name brand).
Bottom Line: these are great slippers and I know I'll get more than my money's worth from them.

These have soft soft flexible leather soles, or at least they seem like leather or more like a soft suede. I wear them outside around the yard carefully and to the mailbox. They do not pick up sand or dirt and if they get damp, they dry quickly. I love them, as I do not like stiff soles on my slippers and that is hard to find.

I use the slippers around the house. Have ordered several pair because of comfort. However, I also order frequently because the sole wears out quickly.

I was so excited to find what I thought was the traditional leather sole ballerina but these have the added foam padding in the insole like all the others one finds in the stores these days. The padded insole is NOT like our "old" tried and true slippers of the past. "If it ain't broke, don't fix it"...they fixed it, NOW it's broke. Order one size up if you buy them.
