I bought this housecoat approx. 10 years ago and have been looking for the same one all this time. Either the colors were too bold or it was not a snap front. These snaps do not pull out either as I have had happen on other robes. Just try to fix that problem. This is VERY well made.
This housecoat looks so lovely on. You look and feel like you have purchased a high end product.
I have washed it so many times, taken it to the hospital, worn it while recuperating (many times) and it is like the Energizer Bunny. Keeps on going. I know one of these days it will start to fall apart so when I saw this same houscoat, after all these years, I had to have it.
It is easy to get on and off (I had back surgery) and you look so well put together if someone drops in.
If after all these years it is still holding up, just getting a little thin, I knew it was time for a backup of the SAME housecoat.
If you like soft and soft colors as opposed to bold, this is the one for you. I love mine or I would not have waited this long to replace it.
Thank you National for finding it again and offering it. Living in FL this is the perfect weight for the slight chill in the air in the a.m. or evenings. Perfect weight, color, sizing is right on and color is so pretty. You won't go wrong with this one.

I ordered a different snap coat & it was snug when sitting down so this snap coat was ordered in the next size up & it is kinda big & a little stiff in the shoulders so makes you look kinda broad-shouldered. I washed it to see if it would soften it but it did not.
I like that they are cotton & washable but would like softer material.

I bought this for Mom's Mother's Day gift. She had polio as a baby and now, at 86, is mostly confined to a wheelchair or power chair.
When she opened the package, she fell in love with the detail, pattern, colors and neckline style. She tried it on right away and it was a perfect fit for her as well as being non irritating to her sensitive skin. No rough areas, even right out of the package. Washes like a dream too!

A little thinner material than I expected and a little stiff but maybe it will soften after several washings. It serves the purpose just fine for the price.
