I have been wearing this type of hosiery for the past 20 years - the last few years as a National customer. I discovered National (a lifesaver) when my local department stores stopped carrying a similar product. While the girdle-at-the top provides tremendous control, the hose are comfortable enough to wear all day and into the evening without any discomfort.
NOTE: When you get a run/tear in the leg, do not throw the item away; get maximum value from your investment by cutting off the foot of each hose and wearing the product as a slimmer. The girdle (portion) at-the-top has what appears to be an everlasting life.

these are the only girdle top panty hose I can find. I find they run at the seam along the leg top. Therefore I try to get them when they are on sale.

I love wearing the soft black hosiery with black shoes. The color blends well and makes as if you are wearing very expensive hosiery. Also, like to wear without underwear as to not see panty lines and the girdle part of the hosiery makes me feel as if I don't have a stomach bulge. Have always been please with this product,especially when I was working. I'm now retired,but still love this product. Hope it never is discontinued.

I like the control top but like other panty hose I've tried that should be the correct size, they feel a bit short waisted, like they might slip down on the back side. The ones with the extra panel used to work great but don't think you make them in Control Top?

I ALWAYS USED A GIRDLE HOSE WHILE I WAS WORKING. I'AM NOW RETIRED AND I LIKE TO USE IN THE WINTER MONTHS WITH MY LEGGINGS AND JEANS. I FEEL THE QUALITY OF THE GIRDLE SECTION IS THINNER, BUT IT WILL NOT PREVENT ME FROM BUYING AGAIN. I THINK NEXT ORDER I WILL GO UP A SIZE. I DO LIKE THE QUALITY OF THE HOISERY SECTION AND THE COLOR BLACK IS PRETTY NOT TOO DARK. THE COLOR LOOKS GREAT WITH BLACK SHOES.

As a recent buyer of these girdle top pantyhose, I was delighted to see the the immediate results they created. All of those slight bulges quickly disappeared leaving smooth shapely lines. It is nice to know that there is such product that produces close to the same results as my open bottom girdles that I normally wear. I hope they keep up production!
