These lifts are very comfortable, easy to adjust, and look very attractive with sandals. Small size fits the average foot size of 7.5. Very good for those with osteoporosis, or scoliosis, who may have one leg shorter than the other. My shoemaker inserted 3 pairs into different shoes, and they were very poorly done and messy. These lifts are so neat. Much better than shoemaker.

After being supplied with this type product by a physical therapist, I bought another from another source. It did not fit my shoe and was not comfortable. This one comes sized and fits perfectly. I am very pleased.
