The product is very good. Product is excellent.
National's customer service is disappointing & not up to competitive standards with other online ordering companys.
There was a problem w my credit card charge. So instead of calling or sending me an email- and resolving it the SAME DAY.
They mailed me a letter! Took one week. Cost them 45 cents. And It took
5-7 days longer to receive my socks.

when I received the socks I was happy with the texture but couldn't believe how huge they were. I could pull the heel up the back of my ankle. I didn't want the hassle of a return so I kept them. As I wear and wash them they are getting smaller. They stay up well and are perfect for under tall boots and very warm. I bought the multi color pack and a pack of all black. I can't tell the difference between the navy blue and black unless I put them under a bright light. I have worn one black and one blue by mistake.

there are loads of white socks out there but looked all over for ivory-colored socks and finally found them! Have bought several packs every winter. This year tried the knee high but prefer the crew so I will go back to that next time.

These are so comfortable! I wasn't sure they'd be thick enough but they are "just right" for me. I'm on my feet at work a lot as a children's librarian and at the end of the day, my feet are happy. Definitely would recommend these and will probably buy more on payday.
