I'm a child of the late 60's & 70' and grew-up with short skirts. I always wore pettipants under skirts/dresses. With pettipants, in breezes or other unexpected times, my upper thighs & panties were covered. I wore out the pettipants of my youth 20 years ago and kept looking for replacements. These are perfect! Of course, I need to remove a couple of layers of lace at the bottom. When removing lace, be cautious at the seams. Use scissors and you may need to hand sew the seam where you cut to be sure it stays intact. Once length is personalized, they're perfect!

I bought these to wear as a slip under my shorter skirts. I have the culotte ones and love them. These fit more like a panty so need to exchange for a size larger.
They keep me warmer in the winter and in the summer it stops my legs from chafing.
Add a tank top and they are comfy to sleep in.

I always wear these instead of a slip because a slip rides up and bunches around the waist and these do not. I wear them under skirts. A bunched-up slip is uncomfortable and looks terrible and bulky under a skirt, so I don't like to wear slips. I haven't seen these in stores but I can't be without them!

I like wearing dresses and skirts, but being a larger women its difficult because my legs chaff together. I now own a few of these pettipants in different links, which allow me to wear what I want, when I want any day of the week and I am comfortable all day long.
