It’s here – Easter weekend! — I am excited to share the weekend with our little crew and celebrate Easter (one of my absolute favorite holidays). Tomorrow, we will stay in our pajamas, sip coffee (ok, ok, milk for the kids) and bake. all. day. While the kitchen might resemble the mess zone that is Thanksgiving meal level prep, we will be all in on the very best Easter brunch our tiny team can muster.
This year, I am doing a couple egg-based recipes, as I’m always trying to find new and simple breakfast ideas. I’m adding in a salad (gotta get those greens) and a simple dessert.
