For the Grill of the Chase

As parents of three small kiddos, we absolutely love cooking outside. — When we first moved to Wilmington, we did not have an outdoor grill or backyard set up conducive to spending time in nature. It was the first “investment” we made in our new home. Since calling Wilmington home in 2017, we’ve added an outdoor grill, a fire pit and a picnic table. Suffice to say, we love being together outside.

What if I told you it’s possible to (easily) make an entire meal on your outdoor grill? Introducing a simple, affordable and quick on-the-grill dinner (including dessert).  In perusing recipe options, I selected an easy vegetable skewer dishsalmon grilled in tin foil and a sweet (and simple) fruit skewer with melted chocolate.

Click on the images to read more about each recipe, including ingredients and methods. Oh…and friend…it’s worth noting the salmon recipe is indicated as fool proof. A delicious fish dinner I cannot burn? Absolutely.

Happy grilling,

Parker
