Soothing with Smoothies

Earlier this week, I mentioned our little crew has been fighting a tummy bug. While it has been slower recovery than I would hope, we’re rounding the corner. To help the babes get a little better each day, we often add smoothies into their diets – especially when tummies may not be top-notch. 

 

Below are a few “easy” smoothies, both in ingredient list and digestibility. For my kiddos, any dairy inclusions I swap with oat or almond milk, especially when dealing with a bug. Do you have a go-to tummy-calming recipe?
