With National, your satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase, just return it in its original condition and packaging within 45 days of receipt and we will cheerfully refund your money.
To return merchandise for an exchange or refund:
For a quick exchange by phone, call our Customer Service department at 1-800-433-0580, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. EST; Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST. We can process your new order and your return will be credited upon receipt. Please note you will be charged the shipping label fee of $8.95 on your replacement item.
To return or exchange item(s) by mail, please complete the Return Form found on the reverse side of the packing slip that was enclosed with your order. If you don't have a packing slip, you can click here to print a copy (for gifts, include the sender's name and address.) Please turn your National bag inside-out to indicate return, re-pack the item(s), and include your completed Return Form. Using the U.S. Post Office or shipper of your choice, send to:

If you are using our Easy Return Label (fee of $8.95):
Complete the Return Form on the back of your packing slip. Please turn your National bag inside-out when sending back to avoid confusion. Re-pack the item(s) and include the Return Form. Affix the Easy Return Label to the outside of the bag, and either place in your mailbox, give to any USPS mail carrier, or drop off at a U.S. Post Office or collection box. A flat fee of $8.95 will be deducted from the amount of your credit. You may track your package at UPS.com using the UPS tracking number included on the other enclosed label.
As soon as we process your return, if you are due a refund, the payment card used for the original order will be credited. If you ordered by mail and paid by cash or check, you will receive an in-store gift certificate for the amount of your refund. Please allow 5-10 business days from receipt of your return for processing.
